Important Note

Testing MUST be ordered in Epic.  

If physician is ordering, they must use SmartSets to order.

If physician can't be reached, please see laboratory supervisor to resolve.

Make sure that both the HLA order and the collection task for HLA are released from Epic if releasing the order for outpatients.
