Specimen Volume:     4.5 mL

Specimen Minimum Volume: 3.4 mL 

 

Collection Instructions: Tube must be at least 3/4 full. Do not centrifuge specimen prior to testing. Specimen must be collected anaerobically and not be exposed to air prior to testing.  Do not remove stopper.

  • MICROTAINERS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
  • Specimens centrfigued before testing (must be whole blood).
  • Specimen exposed to air before testing.
